Meet Emma
📍 BUNDALUNG (GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA)
Hi, I’m Emma! 🌸✨
I’m an Australian-based experienced yoga teacher trainer (ERYT®500, RPYT®, RCYT®, YACEP®, RYS®) and specialising in yoga for mental well-being.
I first found yoga over 10 years ago while battling crippling anxiety. Yoga changed my life and continues to be my anchor during life’s hardships.
I've been leading the Yoga for Anxiety workshops for 7 years around the world from Sydney to Singapore to Paris. I love to blend my advanced yoga trainings in mental health, trauma therapy and neuroscience 🧠🧬✨ with ancient teachings in a way that is simple, relatable and enjoyable.
Beyond yoga, I’m a UNSW Master of Business (Social Impact) associate. But my ultimate flex will always be being a proud mum to my two mini-humans 🥹💖.
It's my hope that my workshops offer a space where you can truly feel supported, seen, and inspired 🌈.
If you have any questions, I'd love to connect. Please reach out anytime.

BIGGEST LESSON
That you must feel to heal. Lean into the discomfort, the heartache and the pain. The only way out is through.

-
Is this workshop suitable for individuals with physical limitations? While the workshop is gentle and beginner-friendly, it is not individually tailored to accommodate specific physical needs or injuries. While this workshop is designed for adults, children aged 10-17 are welcome to attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian. For younger children, the session may be challenging to sit through, so I encourage you to take this time to focus on yourself and your own well-being. As a mum, I understand how difficult organising childcare can be—please don’t hesitate to reach out if this poses a challenge.
-
What should I bring to the event? We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water. It’s also a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater, as air conditioning can sometimes make the space feel cooler. Everything else you need for the session will be provided.
