WHICH CLASS STYLE
For those starting out we recommend our Chill or Chill Flow classes. These are beginner-friendly classes taken at a slower pace which allow time for the body and mind.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something comfortable you can move in. For an active class, wear what you'd wear jogging. For a slower class, wear something loose-fitting and bring a jumper.
WHAT TO BRING
All mats and props are provided. Just be sure to book and purchase online before your arrive. We recommend bringing water, a towel, and wearing comfortable clothes you can move in.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive no earlier than 15 mins before your class start time and no later than 5 mins prior to the class so you have time to check-in, set up, and chat with your teacher. Late entries are not permitted for health + safety reasons and as a courtesy to other students.
